What I have said to people on the street depends on what I was saying to them earlier. If I was talking about the Eucharist, I tell the from John 6:53 how Jesus said if you do not eat His flesh and drink His blood you have no life within you. I tell them no life within you means you go to Hell – a place no one wants to go to. Hell is horrific. Three young children in Fatima in 1917 were shown Hell by the Blessed Mother. They saw people screaming in pain falling into Hell.
egravelineParticipantI have “Fatima in Lucias own words” and another book on the witnesses of Fatima. Anything else I need??
egravelineParticipantMy book I am writing now called “Did You Know? The Economic Cost of Choice? That Gratitude Can Help you Physically and Emotionally? How 70,000 People Saw a Miracle in the Sun?
The part about Fatima I plan on putting in there how Our Blessed Mother showed them Hell and how she told them later that most people go to Hell because if sins of the Flesh. I am going to explain what sins of the flesh are. With marriages down over 60% since 1970, I pray many young people will read it and choose marriage. The other part about the cost of choice is going to show how much social security and Medicare taxes 62.5 million babies would have paid into the government had they not been aborted.November 15, 2021 at 1:24 pm in reply to: October 2021 – How can a loving God send people to eternal torment? #13568egravelineParticipantGod doesn’t send anyone to burn forever just because they missed church on Sunday. He gave everyone a free will so you can choose to go to church or choose not to go. He gave you 168 hours in a week and all he asks for back is just one hour. Is that too much to ask? Since you are not a Christian, think about this. Jesus was a real live person who lived in Jerusalem 2000 years ago. Witnesses saw him cure people and they saw him rise from his death. Over 500 people saw him after his resurrection. He established a church. Just one church. And gave us rules to follow. They are not hard rules.
July 9, 2021 at 2:17 pm in reply to: June 2021 “Why is the Catholic Church against gay marriage?” #12602egravelineParticipantI had a sign out one weekend praying the Rosary and the sign said “Gods Marriage – One man and One woman”. A lesbian drove up amd got out of her car and said to me, “ I am a lesbian and I want to know why you are doing this”. I asked if she had an open mind. Yes she said. Do you know what natural law is?? No. Can I explain it to you? Yes.
Everything we see is part of natural law. The air we breath goes in our nose and mouth, not our ears. The cars driving by are for roads not the ocean. Boats are for the ocean and not the street. Our body’s are also subject to natural law. We don’t use ice picks to clean our ears or steel wool to brush our teeth. And we have a complete circulatory system to take blood to every part of our bodies. But we don’t have a complete reproduction system. We MUST have the opposite sex to create life. That is why you live an average of 10 to 15 years less than we do. Why you have higher rates of depression, suicide, cancer and every disease out there. 40% of all anal cancer cases are related to homosexuality yet they are less than 8% of the population. That is way out of kilter due to natural law. So we are doing this to help you. She said Thank you and leftDecember 28, 2020 at 10:55 pm in reply to: December 2020: What do you say if someone says yoga helps calm their child? #9721egravelineParticipantOk, you know that Yoga is against Church teaching but your child has been helped to be calm by it – correct? Then you must first understand why it is against Church teaching. Yoga is not just about limbering up your limbs, but it is a Hindu practice that uses physical means to achieve a spiritual end. So the question of separating the physical from the spiritual is really a contradiction in terms. Stretching exercises and just going outside for a walk or run can help your son. So can take a deep breath and count to 100 slowly. Start your son listening to some soothing music or have him think of things he is grateful for or hug someone. All these will help your son stay calm. And pray for him that he will understand that Yoga is for Hindu’s, not Catholics.
egravelineParticipantYes, I am very familiar with the pamphlet The Four Last Things. But there is not enough info in that one pamphlet for all three let alone Hell. I strongly believe we need one pamphlet for each. Heaven, Hell and Purgatory are too important to put into one pamphlet. To get those who left the Church, we need strong carrot and sticks. Hell is the stick and Heaven is the carrot. Purgatory can be a carrot too.
