REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. TUITION POLICY
The St. Paul School of Evangelization does not make a profit on the live version of our school, but offers it to further respond to the Great Commission by making more evangelists. A gift of $200 per quarter is our recommended amount for tuition. If this amount is too large for your budget, we ask that you pay according to your individual means. It is the expectation that each student will contribute something (large or small) to help offset our operating budget. Tuition payments are nonrefundable.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery and ongoing payments. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT
Once confirmed, we will provide you access to the purchased Service. You agree and understand that access to the Service may at times be influenced and affected by third parties that we use to provide the Service (web hosting, wordpress plugins, etc.). You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be initiated against the St. Paul School of Evangelization when there are reasonable delays in the access of the Service.

The St. Paul School of Evangelization reserves the right to terminate the Service, and or access to certain features of the Service, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.

Lifetime Access is for the lifetime of the Service. If for any reason, the St. Paul School of Evangelization should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the Service terminates.

DONOR BENEFITS & TAX INFORMATION
Under IRS rules, “If you receive a benefit as a result of making a contribution to a qualified organization, you can deduct only the amount of your contribution that is more than the value of the benefit you receive. However, “certain membership benefits can be disregarded. Both you and the organization can disregard the following membership benefits if you get them in return for an annual payment of $75 or less. 1. Any rights or privileges…that you can use frequently while you are a member, such as:

a. Free or discounted admission to the organization’s facilities or events… and d. Discounts on the purchase of goods and services.”

While we suggest a donation of $25 a month or $300 per year from all of our pledging partners, a partner’s pledging status becomes active if they provide either a monthly donation of $10 or more (without commitment), or $75 in a year, whichever comes first. Only pledging partners qualify for access to our discounted prices found in our Partner Only store.

As such, all partner pledges are 100% tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
