    Hi:
I’m looking for more good places to evangelize. I have tried farmers market, SVDP Meal Programs/food pantry, busy parks, ethnic festivals, ice skating rinks and others. We have met people at each of those places and had prayer and had good discussions about God. I just read in stories from the street about evangelizing at Jockey Lot/flee market/farmers market. Has anyone tried that? Do you have to rent a table to do that? Does anyone have any other good places to evangelize?

    Dennis

Dennis, Do not overlook a V.F.W. Clinics or Hospitals, you may need to get permission however there should be an appointed public affairs representative to contact. Also Veterans of Foreign Wars hall in your area. Many hold different events during the month which do not require you to be a member. Some public events are breakfast or dinners on certain days. The VFW Commander would be a good contact to start with. Another might be a place for young high school age to hangout like a community center operated by the city or county. Don’t forget Senior Centers as well. Ours holds regular coffee and tea gatherings, and other social events during the month. We post a calendar of events monthly. We also have an indoor sports center where hundreds of kids and parents come weekly to play basketball or volleyball. I have received permission from the owner to set up my E.W.T.N.table in the lobby. I am surprised at how many parents are unaware of the cable channel. Good luck and keep plugging away. Save one soul at a time, that is all he asks of us .

Hi Dennis! Have you been in contact with Bob Wilson or Brian Lee? They can help to point you in the right direction.
