ParticipantI am a member of a on going Bible study with 8 men, we have been together for 3years now. This year political topic have entered the meeting and as far as I can see most views are just repeating gossip from different cable news sources. I have expressed my opinion that this demeans our meetings and introduces the wrong spirit into our meetings. I do prayer for all of this members to return to the gospel and to use these meeting to greater of the Kingdom and not their personal agenda.

What I have found is that being in front of a group of people attending a retreat is total different then being on the street. Every person I meet is different, in a different place in their faith and I only have a moment to find a opening. SPSE has given me physical tools and pamphlets and now I look forward to and pray that this training prepare me spiritually and I am open to the Graces to come.
ParticipantKile, I too have been putting this off evangelization training and finishing it correctly. I have always felt that I knew my faith until I went out on the streets. Some victories but also many times that I struggled to further the faith of another. So here I am humbled to start over. I pray for an open heart and mind and patience!
ParticipantI am involved with many Catholic outreach actives, homelessness, bible study and with different Catholic groups and organizations. Because of this I meet many people from many walks of life. My hope is that SPSE will give me better tools and grace to evangelize to the people I come in contact with.
So as I begin in this new evangelization effort I stopped to pray that God in his and grace did he equip me with the Grace to be able to explain the Kerygma and my faith to orders. -
