Yes. She texted me this morning that she was at 8am yesterday. She met Taylor Lilly, the beautiful youth minister and she is having the RCIA leader contact her. I am inviting her to a Tuesday night bible study. I hope she accepts. I will stay in touch with her.

Jesus tells us not to be concerned about that because he says that when we yield to the Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit tells us what to say, speaks for us. Trust him. Then the words are out there and it is between the person and the Holy Spirit for a conviction to happen. And also there is the story of the Mustard Seed and we are certainly planting mustard seeds! In physical healing ministry we learned that God may not heal everyone in front of us but if the person is blessed that’s wonderful that’s so important God blesses people. And then also healings happen after the person has left us sometimes days later. Additionally, people don’t react the way we react and we’re not Houdini so we do not know what they are thinking. That’s a joke. 😊. When I evangelize I just think about how thankful I am to have the opportunity to do so. I’m sensitive to the spirit and I have love in my heart for the one in front of me, God has put in front of me. For the rest I trust in the Lord. God bless you and your ministry! One of our readings said to spend 1 – 3 hours in Adoration. Does it matter if we break 3 hours up during the week for example: 3 days for 1 hour or 2 days for 1.5 hours? Does the length of individiual meeting time with Jesus have an impact on our spirituality or is breaking it up into a number of visits that equal the same time just as effective for the end result?

I did join another Catholic Church that has morning masses, is remodeled with a beautiful Adoration Chapel which is open 24/7. I love going there before or after mass or on days that I am riding by, stopping to see Jesus & also on the days it is my turn to pray for my priest, on Fridays for Father David. Ever since I was first widowed, I always wanted to lay face down in front of Jesus on the floor and I get to do that in this chapel when no one is in there but me & Jesus. My arms are out like his were on the cross and it feels so intimate. I rest with him and am not in a hurry to leave. It is a world-freeing, spiritual sanctuary that takes me far away from this world that runs on artificial intelligence, 24/7 taking me into a time of conversation where peace, grace & mercy reigns.

I will write again after my 9th day of praying for a renewal of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. XOXOXOXOXO Thank you.

I agree and attest to the power of the Rosary. My husband died in 2009 and saying the rosary in the morning, fasting after dinner until noon the next day, contemplating on the life & attributes of Jesus HEALED my grief where I could function again, had more energy & was looking forward. Hello! I am thankfkul for this lesson. I started spending more time in Adoration this summer when I was placed on a team of women who take a turn each week to pray for our pastor, 1 hour a week. It is a wonderful time sitting in Adoration focusing on our priest & giving Him special attention with Jesus who blesses with encouragment, answers, peace. This week we had no mass because Father Oscar was on retreat so I went to adoration and had an encounter on the way in with a young lady that needed to find out more about RCIA. She is getting married in a couple years and the fiancee’s family told her to become a Catholic. She followed me into Adoration and I was able to give her my Rosary book with all of the tabs, explain about the mysteries. And then we had quiet time. Starting the day out at church changes everything. It’s so wonderful to have our faith and resources. Praise God. “Thank you Jesus for your love, encouragement and the encounters we have with others to share you, share our rich heritage. Thank you for our church & the souls who have been, are and will be led to the Catholic church. AMEN”

Divine Appointment 10/15/24
Bill & I prayed to the Holy Spirit, Jesus, our Father to please ready the angels and bring people to us for our first SPSE event on the Riverwalk. We brought our Canine for Christ dogs although they were not in the attire since this was a SPSE event. 🙂 But they are so adoreable that they draw people. One beautiful woman was walking away and I offered her a rosary. She said she was Catholic but was discouraged. In SC there are not a lot of Catholics and her best friend keeps complaining about the Catholic Church and she is not attending. She picked out the rosary she wanted and I have her the pamplet for the Rosary prayer. We prayed over her and then we ministered to her, answering all of the questions and insults against the Catholic Church that she revealed to us. She was blessed and encourgaged and now has a thicker armor of God, ready to defend her faith and get back on track. Thank you Holy Spirit for being our friend, counselor and advisor! We love you.

PS I posted a picture on our team page and a little not about our evangelization. Looking forward to posting another one next week! So many beautiful tools to evangelize with as I have the large package that arrived and all organized to pray over and choose what to bring as the Holy Spirit and angels assist. 🙂

Hi! I have had different testimonies depending on the situation. I have grown in ministering since 2017 starting with Canines for Christ. Here is a a testimony I am making up for you for you right now. Come Holy Spirit!
When I was 4 years old, my Dad was a baptist minister who preached like Billy Graham and I knew Jesus already.
When I was 8, I was having a reoccuring dream in color which I did not understand and became frightenned. So, I asked God to stop sending it and he did.
Our family life became rough when my parents were not happy. They stopped taking us to church when we really needed to be going in the late 1960s and the early 1970’s! I sinned and have been very sorry. My priest absolved me through the sacrament of reconilliation (John 20:23) & of course I have asked for forgiveness in my prayers. But you know when my priest said that my sins were absolved I felt a spiritual lifting which made me slump in a relaxed state where I felt like I could sit there in peace for 3 years. 🙂 It was great! What a gift! It is great being Catholic.
1980 I married my childhood sweetheart who died in 2009. I did not know how to live without him & was in deep depression but Jesus healed my broken heart with the Rosary as I fasted & contemplated on the mysteries of the Holy Rosary in the mornings. I became a serious Catholic. The Rosary and fasting is a serious weapon against the evil one and his demons! Being Baptist, I though there were only 10 sins (The 10 Commandments) but I learned as a Catholic, there are lot more! Reconcillation is very important in order be close to God & is a really great gift! It’s not just accountabilitiy, it’s a mystery, a gift from God. Learning at the Eucharistic Conference that Jesus REALLY IS PRESENT IN THE EUCHARIST from the Buones Aries Medically Proven testimony, has made Adoration & Communion very special. I love Jesus! I want everyone to have the Joy of the Lord, like I do.
I went in to ministry in 2018 and have been learning alot. Remember that dream I was having when I was 8? Well God knew what was going to happen to me later on and he wanted me to have a message so I would have this testimony. I was at an Encounter School of Ministry Conference at St Mary’s Church, Middletown NJ. Patrick Reis, co-founder of the school prophecied over me in front of the altar during Adoration. He said that God is telling him that I am not to worry about my family because what I am doing for him now will bless my family for future generations. That is the same interpretation of the dream I had received back in 1964! That is what it meant! It was a blessing for God to show me his love and hand in my life which I thought was very insignifcant. Our God is an awesome God. None of us are insignificant! He loves all of us and the ones that are evil. He weeps for them. If you are not in relationship with this loving, all knowing, beautiful God, Creator, 3 in one, Father, Son & Holy Spirit: do you think you might want to be? If so, would like me to pray with you for you to receive Jesus Christ the Savior ofthe world into your heart and start a relationship with Him? You receive forgiveness, love, joy, peace, salvation, the armor of God, beautitudes, fruits of the Holy Spirit, not to mention all of the Catholic gifts if you want all the beauty he has to offer. His gifts are endless. Pray with me! Repeat after me! Come Holy Spirit……Thank you Jesus! We love and adore you! Bring more laborers to the harvest. Thank you for SPSE!

That is such a heart warming testimony. I love what you said. It easy to answer questions people have when we know God’s word. When we have the gifts of the Holy Spirit we are able to drill down and see where they are deceived by the evil one and give then the truth from God’s word! Great Job!

The Kerygma is sharing the gospel. I have been sharing the gospel since I became a Canine for Christ Therapy Dog owner & then a chaplain. My fondest memory is of sharing the gospel with boys who were living at a youth shelter in 2020-2022. I visited each week with my K9forChrist therapy dogs. At first only one boy, Nate, paid any attention to me and he came to the Lord first. And it got so that I would see one looking over and then the next week, that would be the one giving his life to Jesus. I used the “Jesus at the Door” evangelization tool becuase that is what I was taught at Encounter School of Ministry during that time frame. Depending on who I am speaking with and what their needs are, the Holy Spirit moves me in His waiy and I speak the words from the bible and always John 3:16 as I had been Baptist until I fell in love with the Catholic Church. I love sharing Jesus with people. I went out evangelizing yesterday and had 4 encounters. I gave out rosaries and prayers. 2 were Catholic and 2 were protestant. They already have faith but their faith was strengthened to have someone minister to them. One Catholic had questions because her best friend is Baptist and asks her things like “why do you worship Mary?” So that was a great encounter because I was able to give her answers to questions she is receiving. My Dad was saved at a Billy Graham rally and went to the Bible Dallas Institute, then became a pastor for about 5 years. We watched Billy Graham rallies on television. Boy, Billy could he preach! So many people were stirred and convicted and you would see them going up for the altar calls. I was always senstive to the spirit and as a little girl I would be crying. I went for altar calls a lot until I was baptized. I met Jesus when I was 4 years old and promised him I would be a missionary when I grew up, but I didn’t do it. So now I am fullfilling my promise as an evangelist and prayer minster. Being Catholic is such a gift! I’m so thankful and look forward to leading people to the Catholic church with the Holy Spirit at my side & the tools I am enjoying at SPSE. Thank you. Thank you Jesus!

TY! I noticed on Thursday when I went for confession Father was behind a divider whereas last time he was sitting in a chair opposite me. Personally I don’t mind that. I like the relaxed atmosphere. I figure there’s no secrets with God so there’s no secrets.So I will talk to Father about bringing my husband in at a time when the dividers up. Thank you God bless you! Actually it has! He wants to go to confession. But, he is from the age where you confessed with a wall between yourself and the priest. He feels uncomfortable now because they don’t do that anymore! Another hurdle to pray for. LOL

For Lesson 1.8: This morning, I practiced “One Good Reason” with my husband who has been Catholic all of his life. He does not go to confession regularly. So this morning I asked him if he would like to hear one good reason I am a full-blown, happy Catholic. He said, “Yes”.

One good reason is the miracle of the Eucharist. I told him that since the Eucharistic Conferenc when I learned about the Eucharistic Miracle of Bueons Aires, I was blown away! Being raised Baptist I just thought communion was in rememberance of what Jesus did for us. But now, I know the truth!

This truth has made all of the sacrements more meaningful to me. Besides the Eucharist, Adoration, & Confession are so more beautiful, meaningful.

CONFESSION is not just a nice to have, or a process of accountability. It is healing. When I hear the priest tell me that my sins are obsolved, I physically feel a spiritual lifting of burden from my body and spirit. I am healed of sin, darkness and where there was darkness now there is the light of God and I am closer to my Father. Bill was very pleased to hear my testimony & I will keep praying for him to go to confession. This exercise with Bill is practice for me to present “one good reason” to someone the Lord leads me to this week. I will be practicing with Bill, too. Thank you.

I was a student of Encounter School of Ministry from 2020 – 2022 so I have been evangelizing for 4 years. We learned to pray for the Holy Spirit to impress on us anyone He wants us to minister to. I began praying for everyone in my neighborhood who needed prayer and now there are people who come to me when they need prayer, some have given their hearts to Jesus and are going to church. One of my neighbors came to me over a year ago because he was was worried sick about what is going on in our world, our country, how he will take care of his family. I ministered to him, gave him an indexed bible, spiritual books concerning his worries, and God blessed him with a new job. He is happy now and has the joy and confidence of the Lord. He has a church family now and just today this Sunday, 9/15/24, his wife & son joined him for Sunday service. His family is going to church. Praise God. I look forward to bringing into my ministry what I am learning at SPSE, becomine a better evangelist, bringing more to the Catholic Faith. I am praying on this lesson activity, 1.8 and will write when the Lord works through me to conclude this assignment but I wanted to share something that I was able to share now. Thank you.
